Reine Rambert is the Policy Manager at MEEA. She is responsible for tracking energy and climate policy in MEEA’s 13-state Midwest footprint, managing policy advocacy efforts and developing industry leading research materials. Reine also identifies and disseminates trends, best practices and lessons learned pertinent to energy efficiency industry stakeholders.
Prior to MEEA, Reine worked for Deloitte Consulting LLP in Washington, DC, serving federal government clients in the transportation, energy, defense and public health sectors. She has additional experience as a researcher for various organizations, including the Adaptation Office of United Nations (UN) Climate Change, Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science, Technology, and International Affairs, and the Chicago-based public interest group, Business and Professional People for the Public Interest (BPI). She is passionate about environmental sustainability and protection, social equity and inclusive economic development.
Reine holds a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University and a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Outside of work, Reine loves watching live theatre and movies, exploring new bike/running paths and spending time with her beloved nephews and nieces.
