MEEA members attend the Midwest Energy Solutions Conference

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting is a free, members-only event that brings together MEEA members each summer to review our accomplishments, network and discuss key issues impacting energy efficiency in the region.

The 2022 Annual Meeting of the Membership was held May 18-19 at the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We heard from the Lieutenant Governor and Chairperson of the Wisconsin PSC, cheers-ed brews, toured the home of the Brewers and discovered what’s on the horizon for MEEA and the industry, including decarbonization opportunities and energy policy next steps. See below the full agenda from our first in-person Annual Meeting since 2019, and flip through some of our favorite moments together with our photo album.

Workshop

From Outreach to Service: Creating a Top-Notch Customer Journey

How do we ensure that utility customers from different segments are aware of the programs they can participate in? And how do we ensure that we are offering programs that are of value to them? In this workshop, attendees were led through a discussion on customer outreach for residential, multifamily and small business, and industrial customers. Then, attendees dug into innovative customer solutions for the same segments.
