The Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program RFP (2026–2029) is officially open. Administered by Cadmus Group LLC and Encolor LLC, this RFP seeks a partner(s) to deliver energy efficiency offerings across Ameren Illinois’ customer base starting in January 2026 through December 2029.

All interested and eligible organizations are invited to review the RFP and consider submitting a proposal.

The full RFP and instructions for submission are now available. Questions will only be accepted after release and must follow the process outlined in the RFP.

The deadline for Bidders to respond to the RFP is May 20, 2025 at 5:00pm CDT.
