HOPE Village Revitalization (HVR) is a nonprofit community development corporation serving the HOPE Village neighborhood – a roughly 107 block neighborhood straddling the border between Detroit and Highland Park on the near northwest side of Detroit (see figure 1).

• We anticipate awarding a consulting contract or contracts on or before May 27, 2025. 
• Draft deliverables are due as they are completed and prior to June 23, 2025, with final deliverables due on or before June 30, 2025.
