Please join MEEA on March 7, 2023 from 11:00 am-12:30 pm CT to hear from Jason LaFleur with GTI and Zak Paine with Slipstream as they discuss new and existing workforce development around the installation of heat pumps. The two will touch on full load heat pumps, dual fuel heat pumps and gas fired heat pumps, and how the training for these three pieces of equipment differs (e.g., the different knowledge or skillsets that contractors need to have for installing each of them). As the use of heat pumps becomes more prevalent, the need for qualified installers must also be addressed. This is sure to be a pertinent and educative conversation, and we look forward to seeing you all there!
