The HVAC SAVE program is a regional HVAC contractor training and certification initiative. This training teaches the skills necessary to determine actual effective efficiency of any functioning HVAC system and includes hands on demonstrations on how to perform critical HVAC diagnostics. 

Students who successfully pass the exam will receive the HVAC SAVE certification indicating their competency in HVAC performance and verification testing.

The fee to take this course is $600.

This training counts for 4 HVAC Discipline hours and 2 Mechanical Code hours towards your PMSB license renewal, 9 NATE continuing education hours, and 3.5 BPI CEU's. Please contact us with any questions.

FAQs

Do you need a PMSB license to take the training?

No, you do not need to hold a PMSB license to attend an HVAC SAVE training, we only ask for your license number for CEU credits.
Where will the training be?

We send out an email to everyone about 1 week prior to the training with the address for the training.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds will be provided for registrations canceled after 3 p.m. the day before the training. However, in advance of the training, employers may substitute another employee if the original registrant is unable to participate in the training.

If a training participant is unable to attend the training for which he or she is registered, he or she may make up the training when it is offered at another time or location. In order to switch to another training date, the participant must notify an HVAC SAVE program associate no more than 1 week after the original training date and will be charged a $25 fee for the new registration.
