Arlinda Bajrami

Manager, Policy & Stakeholder Engagement

Arlinda Bajrami is the Manager, Policy & Stakeholder Engagement and is responsible for leading work on stakeholder engagement, connecting with community-based organizations, businesses, industries and local governments. Her focus is on state initiatives like Energy Efficiency for All (EEFA) and federal projects like Communities LEAP (Local Energy Action Program). 

Prior to joining MEEA, Arlinda held various community-based roles in Illinois and Arizona where she worked to promote equitable, sustainable and accessible transportation options. Most recently she helped launch an electric vehicle micro-mobility company, Innova EV (Electric Vehicle), where she developed partnerships with several municipalities, universities and utilities companies across the States.  

Arlinda earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Metropolitan Planning and Development from DePaul University and holds a B.A. in Sociology from North Central College. In her spare time, Arlinda enjoys practicing yoga, exploring Chicago’s incredible neighborhoods, traveling and volunteering.
