Michaela Martin is a Vice President within ICF’s Commercial Energy business. In this role she is the Executive-in-Charge of ICF’s energy efficiency business in the heart of the U.S., responsible for programs and projects for ICF’s commercial energy clients. Ms. Martin has over 20 years of experience in government, residential, commercial and industrial sector program design, implementation and evaluation, including technology R&D and deployment. Her portfolio of project experience includes energy analytics and software tool development, energy assessments, technical training, technology road mapping and demonstration, low-income weatherization, energy savings performance contracting and voluntary agreements. Ms. Martin also has extensive experience in energy program performance metrics and evaluation. As a Program Manager, Ms. Martin has managed large, multi-million dollar projects for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), deploying top U.S. energy experts from the private sector, universities and DOE national laboratories in technical assistance and technology deployment activities throughout the US and internationally. Ms. Martin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M and is a registered Professional Engineer.
