Ashley Palladino, Vice President of Resource Innovations’ Illinois Business Unit and a member of Resource Innovations’ Management Team, is a leader in clean energy solutions and delivery excellence. Resource Innovations, a women-led and -controlled organization, has been a proud member of MEEA since its founding in 2016. Ashley joined Resource Innovations in 2017, contributing to Resource Innovations’ early growth and establishment throughout the Midwest. Ashley served on the executive leadership team through the acquisition of Nexant in 2021, leading company-wide DEI strategy and initiatives, supporting the integration of the newly combined organization, and enhancing Resource Innovations’ solutions and delivery. Ashley has developed and overseen innovative program designs for numerous utilities for more than 15 years, working closely with partner networks and service providers to support goal attainment, increase diversity, equity and inclusion within the industry and maximize energy investment impacts on communities. Having spent much of her career designing and deploying energy solutions that meet the most progressive and complex legislative and regulatory requirements in the country, Ashley brings a unique understanding of the long-term strategy and potential for market and portfolio enhancements that support achieving equity, workforce and community impact goals in the Midwest and beyond.
