Vice-Chair

Christina Frank is Director of Energy Efficiency and C&I Customer Strategy for WEC Energy Group where she leads Energy Efficiency Portfolios and Large Customer Solutions for Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas in Northern Illinois. In her role, Christina leads teams responsible for programs and engagement strategies for residential and business customers, community development initiatives, and research and development of energy-efficient technologies. 

Christina began her career in the energy efficiency and utility industry in 2007. Prior to WEC Energy Group, she managed program implementation for utility clients as a Project Manager at Nexant. Prior to Nexant, Christina was Senior Program Manager for the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) where she managed the Building Operator Certification and other energy efficiency training programs.

Christina serves on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) and she previously served as Treasurer for the Board of the Chicago Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
