The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing energy efficiency as a means of promoting both economic prosperity and environmental protection. ACEEE fulfills its mission by conducting in-depth technical and policy assessments; advising policymakers and program managers; working collaboratively with businesses, public interest groups, and other organizations; organizing conferences and workshops; publishing books, conference proceedings, and reports; and educating consumers and businesses.

The Ameren Illinois Utilities deliver energy to 1.2 million electric and more than 840,000 natural gas customers in about 1,000 communities, while helping customers spend less by using less energy and communities grow through economic development initiatives.

Combined Heat and Power Alliance

The Combined Heat and Power Alliance, formerly known as the Alliance for Industrial Efficiency, is a coalition of business, labor, contractor, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions who share the vision that combined heat and power can make America’s manufacturers and other businesses more competitive, reduce energy costs, enhance grid reliability and reduce emissions.
