Iowa State Building Code Commissioner and architect Dave Ruffcorn and energy efficiency consultant Bill McAnally, a former building contractor and award-winning Iowa Central Community College instructor, are the guest speakers at this in-person event. Mr. Ruffcorn and Mr. McAnally will talk about the advantages of building a health and energy efficient home. Four AIA & ICC continuing educational credit hours available.
