Director, HR & Operations

Chris Moshage is the Director, HR & Operations and is responsible for developing and implementing human resources and operational strategies that align with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives. 

He oversees key HR functions, including succession planning, talent and performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, Chris works to ensure effective operations and administration across the organization, including office management, financial oversight assistance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Chris serves as a point of contact between various internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.

Chris graduated from Bradley University with a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on East Asian politics and development. He also holds the Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and traveling whenever possible as well as flying drones.
