Brian Doyle has held a variety of positions in Program Management, Product Development and Market Research since joining Xcel Energy in 2003. Over the last 10 years, his passion has been focused on leadership, supporting several teams who are leading the clean energy transition through the effective delivery of customer programs. In his current role he leads the Commercial and Industrial Demand Side Management customer delivery portfolio across five states. The portfolio offers customers energy management solutions including energy-efficiency programs, business assessments, and rebate choices to help them save money, keep their energy bills low and support their sustainability initiatives. Recently he served on the Utility Load Management Exchange steering committee chair from 2016-2023. In that role he gained perspective well beyond the issues facing Xcel Energy but those facing the national market.
