Board Member

Anthony is the DER Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) Supervisor.  He provides oversight and regulation of over 180 natural gas and electric utility demand-side management programs to ensure achievement of Minnesota's 1.5% energy efficiency resource standard. In support of utility energy efficiency efforts, his work also includes management of the Department’s Conservation and Applied Research Development (CARD) grant program, the Minnesota Technical Reference Manual, and the Energy Savings Platform.
