Real Estate Energy Audits

According to a survey by the National Association of REALTORS, 69% of REALTORS believe that promoting energy efficiency in listings is valuable. On the other hand, 62% are uncomfortable answering clients' questions about home performance. To help bridge this gap MEEA offers trainings and written materials that help agents and appraisers across Illinois and Missouri understand the value of energy efficient, high performing homes.

The trainings we offer highlight the benefits of an energy efficient home, the tools that agents can use to effectively market these homes and resources that can help residents reduce energy use at home. If you're interested in attending or co-hosting any of these courses, please email us at realestateaudits@mwalliance.org
