Zoya Ehsan

RAY Clean Energy Fellow

Zoya will be with the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance as a Roger Arliner Young Clean Energy Fellow for the 2023-2025 Fellowship term. As a Clean Energy Fellow, she will be supporting each of MEEA’s four departments in research, marketing & outreach and program coordination.

Prior to joining MEEA, Zoya earned her BSPA in Environmental Management from Indiana University Bloomington. While earning her degree, she served as a Project Coordinator at the IU Environmental Resilience Institute. In this role, she specifically worked on the McKinney Midwest Climate Project, a program that leverages partnerships between students, local governments and nonprofits to advance climate solutions in Indiana. She is passionate about making sustainability, clean energy and conservation spaces inclusive and accessible to all.

In her free time, Zoya enjoys cooking and trying new foods, painting, swimming, practicing yoga and following pop culture news. She also loves animals and regularly petsits for friends and family.
