Attached is the final report for the Illinois Residential Lighting Program, which MEEA ran under a grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Development from 2002-2004. It includes customer outreach, torchiere turn-in events, lighting industry initiatives, school fundraising through our Lights for Learning program, and the Change a Light CFL promotion.
