With nearly $1.45 billion in rate-payer dollars spent on energy efficiency in 2012, the Midwest continues to benefit from growing investments in energy efficiency in every state in the region. MEEA continues to work on developing and supporting programs and policies that best advance energy efficiency and saving consumers money, generating energy savings and boosting local, regional and state economies.
MEEA's membership also is increasing with more than 150 member organizations from across the country who are active stakeholders in the energy efficiency marketplace. In this growing role, MEEA remains the source on energy efficiency for the Midwest.
