Ameren is requesting proposals ("RFP") for the Ameren Missouri Energy Efficiency Implementation project for the 2024-2029 cycle ("Project"). Ameren Missouri is seeking a group of vendors to perform turn-key operations for up to a six-year term of energy efficiency programs. The categories that vendors can submit responses for are:
- Residential Prime Implementation
- Business Prime Implementation
- Business Demand Response
- New, Innovative or Specialty Programs
- Portfolio Energy Efficiency Reporting
The contract for the Project is slated for January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2029, subject to early termination provisions found within the contract. Bidders are advised that Ameren Missouri is interested in Bidder’s recommendations for modifications to existing program designs and measures, as well as new innovative programs, to cost-effectively meet or exceed the stated goals below.
Ameren Missouri will evaluate bid responses on an individual program basis and reserves the right to select winning proposals in whole or in part. Ameren Missouri prefers a single prime implementation contractor responsible for the business, residential and demand response portfolios, respectively, but remains open to competitive bids from a single prime overseeing all portfolios. Ameren Missouri is also seeking new and specialized programs, either as a standalone contractor or as offered by a prime implementer.
