Senior Program Associate
Nicholas Moshage serves as a Senior Program Associate at MEEA. He is responsible for the K-12 Outreach program in addition to being the resident lighting expert and assisting with the implementation of the DOE’s 50001 Ready program in the Midwest. In 2018, he completed the CP EnMS course through Georgia Tech to provide technical assistance to industrial customers interested in strategic energy management.
Previously, Nicholas worked with the Illinois Office of Energy and Recycling at the Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity as a Renewable Energy Program Specialist Intern. Nicholas graduated from the University of Illinois Springfield with a master’s in public administration. Prior to graduate school, he earned a B.A. from Bradley University. Nick enjoys spending time outdoors camping, cooking and caving. He currently serves as an Assistant Scout Master with the Scouts BSA program.
