Natalia Gardocki

Program Associate

Natalia Gardocki helps manage MEEA’s residential energy efficiency programs, including Illinois Home Performance with Energy Star® and other projects focused on outreach to real estate professionals. In this role, she provides support in the coordination and implementation of these programs and communicates regularly between participating stakeholder groups. Prior to joining MEEA, Natalia worked in a variety of positions for organizations focused on equitable food access, biodiesel production, and green entrepreneurship. 

Natalia earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, majoring in Environmental Science and minoring in Communications and Sustainable Business Management. She is currently serving on the Emerging Leaders associate board of the Delta Institute, another Chicago-based environmental non-profit. Natalia’s hobbies include spending time outdoors, reading non-fiction and exploring Chicago through food.
