You have an opportunity to help shape the 2012 Good Jobs, Green Jobs Regional Conferences,  but the deadline for submitting proposals is just 8 days away.

As the nation's leading forum for sharing ideas and strategies on how to build a green economy, the2012 Regional Conferences will play an important role in this exciting discussion. Each of the four2012 Regional Good Jobs, Green Jobs Conferences will reflect the character, challenges and opportunities unique to each region and bring the conversation about how to build a green economy to local communities.

Last year's Good Jobs, Green Jobs National Conference featured more than 100 workshops covering topics like workforce development, clean energy manufacturing, transportation infrastructure investments, and emerging green sectors.

This year, with the four Regional Conferences, we need your best and brightest ideas for workshops to help us build the agendas in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Detroit.

We need your help, and you have 8 days left to submit your proposals for workshops and panels that you would like to be on the agenda.  See the proposal guidelines here.

You can submit workshops for any of the four Regional Conferences, which will take place in:

Atlanta - February 23-24

Los Angeles - March 15-16

Philadelphia - April 3-4

Detroit - May 10-11

These Regional Conferences will be convened by a diverse coalition of emerging small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, green industry trade associations, labor unions, environmental organizations, and educational institutions. If you're interested in convening a conference, please click here.
