Policies

To confirm a sleeping room in the conference block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with first night’s deposit, refundable up to 72-hours in advance of arrival date.

Check in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Guests arriving before 3PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. If checking out prior to the reserved check-out date, Hilton will charge an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise us at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Travel Reimbursement for Gov't & Nonprofit Employees 

MEEA is proud to provide travel support for government employees and non-profit organizations attending MES. 

Reimbursements will be granted up to $750 to be used for travel and hotel costs. The conference attendee is responsible for conference registration costs. Recipients will be required to submit receipts and cover sheet after the conference to receive reimbursement.

Apply for Funds

Fill out the application form and submit it to acastillo@mwalliance.org by Friday, December 8, 2017 to be considered. MEEA will review all applicants and give priority to government officials, followed by non-profit organizations and other interested parties.
