Potential Long-Term Savings from Electric and Natural Gas EERS in Missouri

In late 2009/early 2010, MEEA analyzed the savings that Missouri could achieve from the adoption of a statewide Energy Efficiency Resource Standard (EERS).  The attached Factsheet summarizes the findings, and the full report is also attached below.  Some minor errors were corrected and v1.2, incorporating these changes, was released in September 2010.

Expanding Michigan's Energy Optimization Standard

MEEA has released a new report that examines the potential savings that the state of Michigan could achieve through a doubling of their current Energy Optimization Standard to 2.0% of electricity and 1.5% of natural gas to be met through energy efficiency. This standard would bring Michigan in line with the energy efficiency standards adopted in other states in the region.
