The Participating Energy Efficiency Contractor (PEEC) Network serves as a resource for utilities and homeowners, establishing a web-based listing of those contractors trained by utility programs on energy efficient products and their proper installation and maintenance.

program offers flexible, yet robust, assistance in quick-launching SSL initiatives, ensuring that your

Lights for Learning™ is MEEA's premiere program for educating K-12 students in energy efficiency, combining education, fundraising, and community involvement into one program.  Lights for Learning gives students tools to understand how they can save energy, and inspires them to make energy-conscious decisions each and every day.

Building Operator Certification© (BOC) achieves measurable energy savings by training individuals directly responsible for day-to-day building operations.  BOC graduates use the tools learned in training to help their facilities save energy, reduce costs and improve the efficiency of their building systems.

The average HVAC system in the U.S. runs at 59% efficient.  MEEA’s HVAC Verification Program will assist utility HVAC programs to develop a program to increase system performance or to require contractors to provide system performance data with every rebate.

The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) Building Energy Codes Program works to promote the adoption and implementation of energy efficient building energy codes throughout the Midwest.
