Sr. Building Policy Associate
Paulomi Nandy is the Senior Building Policy Associate at MEEA’s Building Energy Codes Team. In her role, she assists with design and analysis for sustainable building policies for new commercial and residential buildings; develops fact sheets, testimony and advocacy materials; and coordinates educational and outreach activities to increase awareness and understanding of building energy policies and programs.
Prior to joining MEEA, Paulomi worked as energy analyst in Cincinnati, OH for commercial and industrial customers, analyzing their energy use and proposing cost-effective efficiency measures to reduce their energy use. Paulomi has also worked as an intern at Oakridge National Laboratory helping develop the Excel-based Plant Energy Profiler Tool (PEPEx) for industrial facilities. She holds a M.S degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla. She enjoys coloring, listen to audiobooks and trying new cuisine.
