Program Manager

Mark Milby leads MEEA's efforts with commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. This includes managing a high-performing team in the delivery of the Building Operator Certification training program to ten Midwestern states and thousands of graduates; engaging manufacturers and other large energy users in efficiency opportunities and resources; and advancing new and exciting areas of energy efficiency such as intelligent efficiency, emerging agricultural technologies, cutting-edge building science research and market transformation through innovative program design. Mark holds an M.P.A. in Sustainable Development from Indiana University and a B.S. in Ecology from the University of Georgia.
