Jared Wells is a Senior Program Associate working on MEEA’s HVAC System Adjustment and Verified Efficiency (SAVE) program. In this role he seeks to grow and enhance the program throughout the region by identifying new participants and conducting research into energy savings. Prior to joining MEEA, Jared worked as a Project Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) where he worked on a wide variety of safety and efficiency projects involving residential and commercial appliances. Mr. Wells has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a member of ASHRAE. Outside of work Jared enjoys soccer, the outdoors and cooking.
